The sink is fairly easy to install, but don't rely much on the directions for details. A template is included, but you'll have to make slight modifications to that template for overmounting in order to account for the apron's side protrusions. I found the accessories (tray, cutting board and flexible tubular mat) particularly useful while washing dishes, prepping food or cleaning the kitchen. The finish scratches fairly easily, so bear that in mind before you buy it.I love the sink and attachments it comes with. Looks great and functional. In regards to install, the images on Amazon show about 6 tabs underneath the sink where brackets are supposed to be attached to hold the sink in place. The first unit we received did not have these 6 tabs underneath the sink so I didn't even attempt an install. We returned it and had Amazon ship us a new unit. Basically did an exchange. Well, the new unit came in and did not have the 6 tabs for the brackets neither. Both units shaped wIth brackets but just not the tabs under the sink where the brackets can be attached to the sink. So this time, I decided to install the sink without the brackets. I had to frame out under the sink to support the weight of the sink. Took me a while but I got it done. I'll estimate total install time for me was about 6 hours total (cutting the counter top, measuring, cutting 2x4 and framing, dry fitting, dry fitting drainage plumbing, installing new faucet etc). Just keep in mind that the unit comes with brackets but there is no way to attach them to the sink and counter to hold sink in place. I didn't use any of the brackets the sink came with for install. Besides having to frame to hold sink up, I love the sink. It looks good, big enough and has made washing dishes easier for myself and my wife.It came with the wrong template! Do not use the template that comes with this farm sink, the template is for a different sink! My counters were on back order for 10 weeks… now ???? I can’t believe itEasy to install, clean and value for the money.This is exactly what I was looking for. It matched with the rest of my appliances. All the accessories are perfect. I loved it!!! Delivery was fast!Haven’t installed it yet waiting on cabinets but looks great, will update after installSink is awesome and everything we expected it to be!!!My cabinet guy the sink is not square left side is 1/4 higher than the right. Back top is bent a bit on each side . Will not return as I need the sink. But you should really cud k and mage sure your sinks are square and levelI’ve submitted this and no answer or anything I can’t return cause we didn’t know until late and now I have a sink I can’t use!!!!!
